Your home's heating and air conditioning is a complex system that ensures your family's comfort. Our plans can help cover repair expenses when something goes wrong. There are no service visit charges, no deductibles, and no age limits on your equipment.

Maintenance Essentials: Regular maintenance is crucial to help increase the lifespan of your equipment and keep your system running at peak efficiency. These plans offer an affordable way to keep your equipment in great shape.

Repair Essentials: Problems with your heating and cooling system can be stressful, and repairs can be expensive. This plan provides worry-free protection with up to $500 in coverage per repair incident, and up to a total of $2,000 annually. There are no deductibles or service visit charges if your system needs a covered repair.

Repair & Maintenance Essentials: Get all the benefits of our individual Maintenance and Repair Essentials plans for one economical price.

Repair & Maintenance Essentials PLUS: Age isn't the only factor to consider in deciding when to replace your heating and cooling system. If you're experiencing more frequent breakdowns, it may be nearing time for replacement. This plan offers a $500 replacement credit if the repair technician determines replacement of your covered equipment is necessary.

Maintenance only plans include:

• One gas furnace, oil or electric heater or boiler, including a heat pump, or geothermal system
• One ducted electric central air unit, water evaporative cooler or geothermal system
• One annual cooling system professional checkup
• One Annual heating system professional checkup
• No service visit charge, no deductibles and no age restrictions on equipment

Repair only plans include:

• Repairs to parts in one gas furnace, oil or electric heater or boiler, including a heat pump, or geothermal system
• Repairs to parts in one ducted electric central air unit, water evaporative cooler or geothermal system
• $500 coverage per repair incident, up to $2,000 annually*
• No service visit charge, no deductibles and no age restrictions on equipment

Repair & Maintenance plans include all the benefits of the repair only and maintenance only plans described above for one affordable price.

Our Repair PLUS plan includes all of the above, plus a $500 credit towards a system replacement if the authorized repair technician determines your system can't be repaired.

Repair plans: The following items are excluded from coverage: ductwork and grilles, zoning system dampers, flues, vents, drain lines, air and fuel filters, electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, condensate pumps, window air conditioners and consumable items, such as

• refrigerant
• filters
• batteries
• fuses
• plumbing, geothermal ground loop, gas and electrical piping to and from the unit, including valves

These are repair plans only and do not provide replacement coverage.

The Repair & Maintenance plan excludes the same items listed under the Repair plan. There is no replacement coverage included in this plan.

Our Repair PLUS plan excludes the same items listed under the Repair plan.

We accept bank drafts (EFT/ACH) and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

You are covered under the plan for 12 months. We may elect to renew your plan by notifying you of the renewal terms (including any price changes) within 60 days prior to expiration of coverage. Unless we elect not to renew your plan, you will be automatically renewed for another one-year term at the then standard rate and terms.

If you do not want to automatically renew your plan, you may notify us in writing prior to the plan expiration date.

There is a 30-day waiting period before coverage begins during the initial term year for the repair plans. If you choose the maintenance only plan, coverage begins immediately.

You can cancel your plan at any time.

If you cancel your plan within 30 days of your coverage start date, you're entitled to full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days after the start date and haven't received services under the plan, you will be entitled to a pro rated refund for any payments you've made for the unexpired term of your contract. If you have received services under the plan and you cancel before the end of the 12-month term, you may owe the lesser of the amount due for the unexpired term or the cost of the services under the plan. We may elect to renew your plan by notifying you of the renewal terms (including any price changes) within 60 days prior to expiration of coverage.
