Your Plan is Moving to Allied Warranty

If you live in Texas and purchased your protection plan through your energy provider, you will receive a letter in the mail informing you that your new provider will be our affiliate, Allied Warranty LLC. The letter will include the date this reassignment will take place.

However, there's no need to worry! Your coverage will remain the same. Although your provider will change, the terms and conditions of your plan will remain in effect through the rest of your plan term.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I still covered?

Yes, your plan coverage will still be in effect after the assignment to Allied Warranty, and your existing payment process will not change. You will continue to be covered under the current terms and conditions in your plan for the remainder of the plan term, but as of the date of reassignment listed in your letter, all service under your plan will be provided through Allied Warranty.

How do I submit a service request?

Prior to the date of reassignment listed in your letter, please continue to direct all of your service requests to 855-334-3577. On and after your reassignment date, please direct all of your service requests to Allied Warranty at 866-791-1200 or service@alliedwarranty.com. Any open service requests accepted prior to your date of reassignment will be completed under the current process.

Will I be able to renew my plan at the end of my Plan term?

Yes, as described in your current plan, you will continue coverage and your plan will automatically renew. Around the time of your renewal, you will also receive information directly from Allied Warranty about your new plan.

Who is Allied Warranty, LLC?

Allied Warranty is a well-established residential service contract company in Texas with a network of independent authorized repair technicians ready to address service requests.
